If you are a new user of the ardor wallet, and have not yet sent outgoing transactions, your public key is not yet recorded in the blockchain. This is not very safe because when you are creating an account, the public key is protected only by 64 bit account id.
You can solve this problem! Just go to the site and secure your account by announcing the first transaction on the blockchain.
